Global Gate Trade Fair Calender: Plastics & Rubber Vietnam, ArabPlast and PLASTINDIA Re-Scheduled
New Dates already Established
For months the Covid-19 pandemic has affected life and the economy worldwide. Due to its highly dynamic nature at present as well as the travel restrictions affecting exhibitors and buyers in numerous countries overseas both Plastics & Rubber Vietnam and ArabPlast and PLASTINDIA will be re-scheduled. Plastics & Rubber Vietnam will now be held in Ho Chi Minh City from 16 to 18 June 2021 instead of in November. The new date of ArabPlast originally planned for January 2021 in Dubai will be 15 to 18 November 2021, while PLASTINDIA in New Delhi will be postponed by one year to 17 to 21 February 2022.
Plastics & Rubber Vietnam
Vietnam is among the countries boasting the fastest economic growth in South East Asia. The demand for plastic and rubber products as well as processing technologies has been rising substantially for several years now. In this dynamic environment Plastics & Rubber Vietnam provides the ideal platform for entering and developing the market. The forthcoming Plastics & Rubber Vietnam was also included in the foreign trade fair programme of the Federal Republic of Germany, meaning that the Federal Ministry for Economics (BMWi) will take part with an official German pavilion.
Plastics & Rubber Vietnam will be organised jointly by Messe Düsseldorf Asia and the event specialist Informa Markets, formerly known as SES Vietnam Exhibition Services Co Ltd., for the 9th time now. It is held in an annual cycle and alternates between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi as locations.
The ranges on display at the trade fair encompasses extrusion & stretch blow moulding lines, injection moulding and blow moulding machines, raw materials, additives and resins, semi-finished products and technical parts, as well as auxiliary materials and peripheral equipment for the plastic and rubber industries.
ArabPlast, the International Trade Show for Plastics, Petrochemicals, Packaging & Rubber Industry, has developed into the leading event for the plastics and rubber industries in the GCC and MENA regions. It has become a well-established meeting point for international suppliers who focus on markets in the Near East. The Gulf States are not only the top-ranking producers and exporters of petrochemical products, but also suppliers of first-class plastics products.
Messe Düsseldorf and the organiser of ArabPlast, Al Fajer Information & Services, have maintained a successful partnership for almost 20 years now. The canvassing and support of exhibitors from Europe, North America and Russia is in the hands of Messe Düsseldorf. For 2021 official country participations from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy are expected.
The Plastindia Foundation has developed PLASTINDIA into the most comprehensive B2B event with a beacon function for all experts from the plastics and rubber industries in this dynamic market. It is an indispensable information, business and networking platform for trade visitors from the Indian subcontinent and its neighbouring countries. In addition it provides foreign companies with ideal prerequisites for market entry in India. At PLASTINDIA exhibitors from all relevant sectors – raw materials, additives, processing technologies, peripheral equipment and finished products – are represented.
The cooperation between the Plastindia Foundation and Messe Düsseldorf already looks back on 30 years. As the Exclusive Overseas Associate, Messe Düsseldorf looks after European, Japanese and US exhibitors. During their longstanding partnership they have succeeded in building a successful business platform with great international prestige and in establishing close business relations with all relevant companies, associations and multipliers.
For PLASTINDIA 2022 a number of official country pavilions are planned from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Great Britain, Japan and Italy.
Both Plastics & Rubber Vietnam and Arabplast and PLASTINDIA form part of the Global Gate brand, under which Messe Düsseldorf pools its global activities for the plastics and rubber industries. Comprising a total of ten events, this product portfolio leverages the expertise and experience gained by organising the world’s No. 1 ‘K’ fair in Düsseldorf and by developing successful regional events. The ten trade fairs in total are professional communication platforms serving as door openers for promising growth markets such as central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, China, India and South East Asia.
